Job Description

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of QA projects within the delivery center, ensuring timely and accurate customer deliveries. You will manage one or more agile delivery projects, using appropriate project management methodologies, while continuously learning and iterating to enhance delivery processes. Your role will encompass leading high-performing testing teams, driving employee engagement, and aligning our business strategies with workforce objectives. You will be instrumental in decision-making processes that inspire our teams to achieve their best work by setting performance expectations, leveraging data-driven insights, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 

Apart from culture fit being of paramount importance, for our current job opening we are looking for the following must-have skill set:

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a delivery management role.
• Academic degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
• Proven experience working in an agile environment, overseeing daily project activities within QA and software testing.
• Strong leadership abilities to mentor and lead medium to large teams effectively.
• Broad technical knowledge in IT, with a solid understanding of software development and testing life cycles.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to abstract complex situations and contribute meaningful insights in a high-performing organization.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English; knowledge of German is a plus.

If you are ambitious to gain more experience in:

• Oversee the end-to-end project delivery process for quality assurance projects, ensuring that each project aligns with customer requirements and quality standards.
• Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Utilize agile project management methodologies to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring punctual and precise delivery.
• Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to delivery.
• Drive employee engagement and performance management through regular check-ins and feedback sessions to enhance team collaboration and address concerns proactively.
• Support the hiring process by defining role requirements, evaluating candidates, and ensuring the selection of top talent that aligns with team dynamics and delivery goals.
• Provide guidance and support to team members in their career growth and professional development, recognizing individual strengths and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Play an active role in evaluating team members for promotions and salary adjustments, considering performance, potential, and market benchmarks.
• Implement strategies for assessing and enhancing team performance while aligning with overall business objectives and project goals.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their expectations and deliver solutions that exceed their requirements, building and maintaining strong relationships.
