Job Description
As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end CI/CD pipeline that delivers our product as a reliable service to our clients. You will collaborate closely with development teams, system administrators, product owners, and QA engineers, adhering to industry and robust information security best practices.
This role offers a wide range of responsibilities along with the autonomy to make decisions and lead continuous improvement initiatives. In our fast-paced, agile environment, your contributions will directly support our commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
You’ll work across a hybrid infrastructure, leveraging both on-premises and cloud technologies, with a strong emphasis on automation, efficiency, and innovation, empowered by the capabilities of our AI assistant.
Apart from culture fit being of paramount importance, for our current job opening we are looking for the following must-have skill set:
• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps role
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good understanding of software design principles, microservice architecture and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
If you are ambitious to gain more experience in:
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives for our CI/CD pipelines
• Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS)
• Monitoring and optimizing application performance and cost-efficiency
• Ensuring security best practices are followed throughout the development and deployment processes
• Collaborating with the team on Client projects
• Collaborating with development teams to ensure smooth and reliable releases
• Reviewing, updating, and improving relevant documentation
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to infrastructure, deployment, and performance
• Continuously improving processes and tools to enhance efficiency and reliability
• Implementing and maintaining monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
• Monitoring the system daily and responding immediately to security or usability concerns.
